The stone embellished flat sandals may not match to the current weather in Vienna (although I have seen some ladies around wearing sandals already) but they do match my mood because in one week from now I am going to pack my summer shoes and clothes and leave Vienna for a couple of days and for a good reason: a press trip that will take place in Greece organised by the Greek tourism office. I became a little bit obsessed with the idea of going back to the captivating Greek islands since the day I’ve been told that the press trip will happen, and now everything in my mind revolves around this topic: photography, style, and outfits in Cyclades.
Imagine wearing this little navy off the shoulder striped dress that I matched with my suede pastel-coloured sandals strolling through the narrow cobblestone alleys and tiny Cycladic streets that are veiled in bougainvillea flowers and posing in front of whitewashed houses to capture the best holiday picture. So, inspired by Greek culture, Mediterranean sunsets, and rooftop bar cocktails, I created the look that simply describes my mood right now and my anticipation of happiness for a little vacation in the South of Europe that is so much needed.
I am sure you don’t intend to spend your summer in the city unless you have a good reason to do so, and probably many of you have already organized a trip. Whatever your plans are for the coming summer to which all look so much forward, treat yourself to a pedicure and a pair of flat suede sandals for long days and longer nights.
