Crushing On Kate Gray

Shopping is probably one of my most favourite things to do, especially in big cities like Paris, LA or Berlin. But sometimes shopping in Austria can be a thrilling thing to do, too: Last time I went to Humanic to have a look at the new collection, I stumbled upon these beauties by Kate Gray. Usually I’m more on the minimalistic side, but these reptile leather look boots are definitely my favorite choice for the current temperatures here in Austria.

As you can see I’m still at home, I decided to not go to Coachella and travel in Europe instead. Coachella is being flooded with all the other influencers so everyone can be almost part of it with watching the thousands of Instagram and Snapchat stories. This week has been quite exciting for me in other ways though: This weekend I had the chance to be part of the Romy Awards in Vienna. I spent the evening together with other influencers and it was such a blast! I went for the classic long black dress with some lace in the back. While you are reading this I will already be in Barcelona for another exciting project, I’m happy to be able to travel so much within this past few months and I know that my lifestyle can’t be taken for granted. Not even two years ago I started my blog just for fun. Then it became my Master’s thesis topic and blogging in general became more relevant in our world filled with snaps, tweets and blog posts. Last week I made another huge step and renamed my blog to hollerkat, so say goodbye to Teastories! Do you want to know why? Because I want to be identified with my name instead of stories about tea. Since I’m both blogging and modeling my name became more relevant and some people really enjoyed calling me Kat during the past year. No more „Kathi“, please! Also, my last name is kinda funny since „to holler“ is a word in English. I’m currently sitting at the airport writing this article for you and drinking a cup of peppermint tea. My life is always a rush but I appreciate every second of it. Some weeks ago I started to try living in the moment. Believe me, it can be a gamechanger. Try it and you’ll find some more happiness in your life. I wish you a lovely new week with hopefully more sunshine and no snow anymore!

xx from the airport,
