Winter is the time of cozyness, hot drinks and meetings at home. There is probably nothing better than a nice reunion with your friends at home while you watch the rain or snow fall through your perfectly decorated apartment window. Although we still haven’t gone into the coldest time of the year, it is definitely a good idea to start getting ready for it. Funnily enough Vienna has been blessed with some amazingly warm AND SUNNY (yes, sunny!) days this week, however we do not want to bring our hopes up, because we know this is only a trick of nature who’s decided to play with our feelings and our summer night memories (we are not falling for it nature, we are not putting our winter coats away!).

So let’s ignore the fact that the sun blinded us this morning on our way to the office and that we didn’t even need the winter jacket or our cozy scarf and lets get ready for next week when mother nature decides to throw every single bit of a cold winter on us in a timeframe of a millisecond. In order to get ready for the winter we thought it would be great to bring back some of the greatest and oldest winter drinks recipes.
