Spring is here which means that summer is close … really close! So even those who usually are not so much into sports start to get nervous about their fitness and their summer body. I have to admit that I am not really into fitness studios, as I am way too lazy to get my ass up and go to the gym. So I prefer to work out at home. This brings other problems … how to motivate yourself and stick to a programme? Today I want to show you 2 programmes that I really enjoy and actually have been following for over a year. I am more than happy with them and I feel as fit as I have never felt before.
My main fitness lady is Rebecca Louise, I simply love her. She has her own website with a great fitness calendar that gives you new videos 6 times a week, from Monday to Saturday. The videos are short but super effective at the same time. The best thing is that all the videos are for free, so no excuses boys and girls! Just get your fitness matte out and get started. 15 minutes a day will already make such a huge difference.
Another programme that I really like is by Tara Styles. She is more focused on yoga, great routines that I squeeze in once or twice a week. Again you can work out straight from your kitchen floor or living room, no need to have a gym membership. Here is a little selection of my favourite videos:
