Spring is one of the most beautiful times of the year as most of you would probably agree. And with so many holidays it’s also the perfect time to embark on a short long-weekend-getaway. That’s why we today want to tell you about our favorite cities in Europe to go to this spring, together with our personal hotspot in each place. And to make sure that you pack city-appropriate, we want to give you some shoe advice for what worked (or rather walked) best for us (- editor-proofed, promised!).

1. Zurich

When in Switzerland you can’t miss to go to the mountains. Even though Zurich is a lovely and charming city with beauty everywhere you look, one of our highlights was the visit of the Zürichberg, a small mountain with the best view over the city. Once up there, don’t miss to visit the cemetery and the Zoo

2. Milan

In this Italian Metropolis we enjoy indulging in La Dolce Vita and this can be implemented best with Aperitivos and Pasta. We can’t wait for the long weekend to be there, having an Aperol Spritz at the amazing Drogherie Milanesi. It’s also a good place to parade your new High Heels ;).

3. Amsterdam

The Dutch capital is always worth a visit, even to just spend some lazy days there. Strolling around the pretty neighborhoods and the canals is especially nice in spring when all the flower markets pop up on every corner and you can enjoy your piece of traditional Apple Pie on the terrace in the sun (the best place for that is definitely Café Winkel).

4. Graz

Everybody has been to Vienna, but did you know that the second largest Austrian city also has a lot to offer? Besides the castle hill and the Kunsthaus (among other sights worth visiting of course), there are many sweet little cafés and shops that deserve a stop by. Did you know that there is a Humanic Outlet Store??? For the shopping break we’d highly recommend Ducks Coffee Shop

5. Berlin

Even though it’s already old-fashioned to go to Berlin, there are corners of this city, that still need to be explored by us. The vibrant urban atmosphere is noticeable everywhere and puts you into relaxed humor as soon as you arrive. That’s exactly why Humanic decided to shoot it’s next campaign there. Berlin calling – and we can’t wait to answer! First stop: Neni Monkey Bar on the 10th floor of the 25hours Hotel.
