Even though fashion is supposed to be an approachable task for every one, we often find ourselves flipping through magazines, wondering how and who this or that trend could ever be translated in a wearable way. Luckily there are also trends, which are ready to wear, which means street-proof. Cutting Edge is one of them.
CUTTING EDGE: CUTS & COLORS
The Cutting Edge Trend basically focuses two key aspects. Namely 1) cuts and 2) color hues. About 1): the cuts must be distinguished between the cuts of the clothing fabric, which are asymmetric, sharp and pretend a layered look; and the cool (laser) cut-outs, such as seen on some shoe models and bags from Humanic‘s summer collection. When it comes to 2) the colors, respectively the decorative part, dresses stay more on the neutral side, with maybe some glowing or pastel elements, whereas the shoes really need to shine out!

HOW TO ACHIEVE THE CUTTING EDGE
Creating the perfect pairing of shoes and outfit in the Cutting Edge trend is actually an easy job. Sandals – either flat, wedged (with bast or kork) or heeled – are of rose and/or metallic hues, some come with additional adornment like gemstones or strass. Because they built the highlight of the entire look, the upper part of the outfit does not require too much effort – just like an easy, airy dress.
Voilà, ready is your summer outfit!
