With the release of Colour Me Good with Kate Moss, we were thinking a lot about coloring and wondering if people actually do it. It’s true, kids love to color but this fun activity that not only promotes their creativity, but it can also release stress and help stimulate your brain as an adult. It’s also very enjoyable when you’re all grown up because it brings back the nostalgia of a simpler time when you were a child and your only worry was keeping inside the lines.

That is why we found these interesting coloring books that you would probably enjoy more than your kid would: Art-Thérapie,  Secret Garden: An Inky Treasure Hunt and Coloring Book,  Coloring for Grown-Ups. It looks like adult coloring is relaly becoming a trend!
